What to settle before you visit or call
Please contact us before travelling to Walcot Yard, so we can agree a time and make sure the right person is available. A short message with your aims is enough to begin.
Your space and its dimensions
Do you have a floor plan, photographs or measurements of the studio or venue? Even rough sketches help us prepare useful questions before we speak.
The programmes you produce
What kind of shows or events will the space host, and how many crew and presenters work in it? This shapes every layout and equipment decision.
Timing and budget range
When does the space need to be working, and roughly what budget is set aside? Sharing this early lets us suggest a realistic scope.
